Slow Strength Vinyasa will have a focus on paring breath with movement. This class uses a whole body flow while working on all of different muscle groups to create a deep internal burn. In this class, we will work slow and strong finishing off with a deep and relaxing descent.
About the Instructor: Bekah is a Louisville local. Loves adventuring outdoors, kayaking, and Sunergos Coffee. She has been practicing yoga for the past six years. One key component of her practice is mindfulness because of the way it lets people live their best lives in the bodies that they have been given. She is passionate about not letting fear hold you back when it comes to yoga and to life. In her practice, she bridges the gap between the most flexible yogi and the completely inflexible because she believes yoga is and should be for every body.
