Kentucky Unify Sisterhood

Join us for Sistership Circle! The intention for this circle is to cultivate sacred sisterhood, authentic connection, and share support so we can thrive together.

This group celebrates diverse backgrounds, perspectives, and honors our interdependent existence. Together we transform and empower in a sacred space of mutual respect, confidentiality of any personal shares, and clear focus. This is a monthly women's circle that will meet on or near the new moon of each month. Each new moon cycle the Global Sisterhood explores a new potent theme to study, discuss, and integrate into our lives. This sacred space can be used as a safe place to explore the theme of the month together, so we can collectively learn and evolve together. Transforming ourselves we transform the world.

This circle is for women who are desiring to create supportive relationships with other women in the hopes to create clarity in our intentions and desires with women on a similar journey. I invite you to share and express yourself freely knowing that what is shared during the circle will never be shared outside the circle. You are invited to be in your own experience, letting go of any caretaking or fixing inclinations that may arise when another woman is sharing. Let us bare witness to one another with respect, compassion, and curiosity.

Please wear comfortable clothing.  You may desire to make this evening extra special and sacred by choosing clothing that makes you feel beautiful and feminine.  Please bring a blanket, yoga mat or cushion if you choose to sit on the floor, as well as a journal, a pen, and water.

Free! No registration required.

Hemp-Derived CBD Lecture: 10 Things You Should Know

  • Mellwood Arts Center Pigment Gallery (map)
  • Google Calendar ICS

Presented by PlusCBD Oil™ and Rainbow Blossom

There's been much debate suggesting that CBD derived from agricultural hemp has the same properties as cannabis-derived CBD, making it a political alternative for patients who can't legally access medical marijuana but can legally acquire hemp-derived CBD products. A lot of people aren't entirely familiar with hemp-derived CBD, however. What exactly is there to know?

Join us for this informative lecture, where you will:
• Find out how CBD was discovered, its natural sources, including the differences between psychoactive THC and non-psychoactive CBD
• Discover the interactions of CBD and the human endocannabinoid system as it relates to human health
• Learn why hemp is the most eco-friendly way to balance the endocannabinoid system
• Determine if agricultural hemp-derived CBD is the best option for you

With over 10 years in the Natural Products Industry, Maggie Frank has cultivated her passion for education through her extensive experience as an educator and health and wellness advocate. Ms. Frank holds degrees in Biochemistry and Nutrition and has made it her life’s goal to empower people to reach their fullest health potential.

Ms. Frank started in the industry as a Natural Living Manager at Sprouts Farmer’s Market in Carlsbad, CA, then graduated to National Educator for renown greens company, Vibrant Health. She currently serves as the National Educator at CV Sciences and believes hemp and phytocannabinoids hold tremendous promise for human health.

Rainbow Blossom Natural Markets is excited to announce the return of the Farmers Market Celebration for 2018!

This annual event celebrates all things local to our area and especially highlights the weekly Sunday Farmers Market held at Rainbow Blossom St. Matthews. Featured vendors include local farmers and food artisans who bring the best in just-picked produce, pastured meats, fresh eggs, baked goods, preserves and ready-to-eat items. In addition to the regular weekly vendors, the Farmer’s Market Celebration will include food trucks, artisans, education, and live music.

This year there will be live music performed by the local band "Tracking Device," a rock and roll venture with original music from Rainbow Blossom's very own Mark Hamilton, Produce Category Manager.

The event is FREE and open to the public.

It is a family-friendly event.

The booths will be set up outdoors, making it also a pet-friendly atmosphere.

"Unbox Yourself" Book Signing with Local Author!

Meet the local author at our Saint Matthews Location! Free copies will also be given.

About the book:

"Unbox Yourself: Escape the Rat Race, Find More Happiness, and Fulfill Your Purpose"

Dr. Christian W. Hahn

You can either be the rat or design the race. It’s your choice.

Are you trapped in mediocrity, unsure of how to escape the life-sucking cycle of not living up to your full potential? Are you killing yourself to make other people’s dreams come true in the hope of eventually being able to do what you want? How long will you procrastinate before living the life of your dreams? Until you finish an important project, get a raise, or retire?

If you are sick and tired of the rat race and dying to lead a life of unlimited abundance, happiness, and purpose, then you are ready to unbox yourself. Here is what you will learn in this book.

+ How Dr. Hahn unboxed himself, created a passive income flow, and escaped the rat race
+ How to identify your current box and escape it
+ How to figure out why you were born and what your real purpose is
+ The routines of successful people and why you need a similar one
+ Why you must understand the power of the law of attraction and how to use it
+ How to conquer the fear of failure
+ How you must master the art of not giving a shit about other people’s opinions of you
+ Why your mother is wrong and how the world really does revolve around you
