This is a beginner's level pace to introduce of Vinyasa (commonly known as flow). We will be flowing from one pose to the next matching breath to movement. All the whilst keeping a mindset of core strength and support.
About the Instructor: Sarah is the owner and instructor of Fitness Yoga with Sarah, located in the heart of Okolona off of Preston Hwy. She has always had a passion for fitness and movement. In 2009, she discovered yoga for the first time and had an epiphany that she would be doing yoga for the rest of her life. She is thrilled that she sought out her teacher training through Yogafit as well as added additional training through Sadi Nardini.
