This Slow Flow Vinyasa class will allow you time to reflect while moving through the ebb and flow of the poses. Like a dance, we will move in and out of postures while focusing on alignment, breath, and elasticity while pausing for time and static holds. This class focuses on strength and breath and the playfulness of dance.
About the Instructor: Bekah is a Louisville local. Loves adventuring outdoors, kayaking, and Sunergos Coffee. She has been practicing yoga for the past six years. One key component of her practice is mindfulness because of the way it lets people live their best lives in the bodies that they have been given. She is passionate about not letting fear hold you back when it comes to yoga and to life. In her practice, she bridges the gap between the most flexible yogi and the completely inflexible because she believes yoga is and should be for every body.
