Yoga IS Power Flow is a Hatha yoga class that uses a combination of standing, seated, one-leg balance, prone, and supine postures to improve strength and stability. The class enables students to generate energy and heat in their practice, and also focuses on engaging core musculature.
About the Instructor: Kathy Scheen, Yoga I.S. RYT-200, began taking classes at Yoga Integrated Science in 2013. Her experience at the studio inspired her to enroll in the Yoga IS Teacher Training Program in 2017. Upon graduating from the program in March 2018, Kathy became an instructor at Yoga IS. Her goal as an instructor is to share her love of yoga with others, and help each student experience the wonderful, life-changing benefits of a healthy yoga practice.
