Yin/yang hatha flow calms and relaxes the mind and body. After a brief meditation, you’re taken through an active flow to engage and heat the entire body. Then work into a fluid cool down lengthening the muscles and strengthening the connective tissue.
About the Instructor: Elena is a Louisville local and CYT 200H who’s worked with mobile disability for the past 5 years. This is what has encouraged her continued journey into yoga. In the past 4 years she found a passion. She found a part of herself that she’d been missing. She knows yoga can reach and address most mobility and mental health issues. But she also knows it can be used as tool to help people who want to overcome anything!
