During Vinyasa Flow, we will be working through a flow which is fun and free of expectations. You will build your core while working through poses in a flow you will never forget. In this class you will also incorporate breath work into your practice to help you flow through poses with ease.
About the Instructor: Jennifer is a life long learner of yoga and always a student of the yoga practice. She completed her 200 hour yoga certification at 502 power yoga and she is also trained in Baby and Me Yoga. Jennifer has a broad yoga teaching style that she uses to meet her students where they are. She can teach anything from Yin Yoga to Gentle Yoga to Hot Yoga. With yoga, Jen has fallen in into her true passion. She cannot wait to share her passion with you in her classes. Namaste
