Yoga for Stress Reduction is an all levels yoga class centered around letting go of the daily stresses and worries. In this class we will focus on breathing, a slower paced class, pairing essential oils to enhance mood regulation and a longer final relaxation segment (savasana). You will leave feeling balanced and grounded. Please bring any additional items desired for relaxation (blankets, bolsters, socks, extra layers).
About the Instructor: Laura E. Johnson, Ph.D., 200 RYT is a licensed Psychologist, a registered yoga teacher and a trained meditation instructor. She has been using essential oils, leading meditation classes and teaching yoga since 1998 and specializes in yoga for PTSD and mood regulation.
