Yoga is a process for becoming more in tune with ourselves and connected to our world. This special class will explore breath as a way atune to both the inner landscape and the external environment through a series of yoga postures, movement explorations, and a somatic meditation.
Instructor Bio: Steph Bellissimo is a movement educator and yoga teacher based out of Louisville, Kentucky.
Through private training sessions, classes, workshops, and etreats Steph helps people cultivate strength, variety in their movement, and whole-self awareness.
Steph teaches the joys and benefits of establishing a well-rounded movement and strength practice and helps bridge the gap between movement, strength, body awareness, and embodiment. She works with clients and students of all abilities, including those overcoming injuries and pain, to help them become more empowered and reach their wellness goals.
