Please join us in an introduction to Ayurveda’s approach of living in harmony with nature and our inner beings. Ayurveda is the most sacred science of healing and wisdom of life. We'll practice gentle asanas (yoga postures), discover our doshas and learn other ways to calm Vata (air), cool Pitta (fire) and release Kapha (water).
