Yoga Nidra is considered yogic sleep - with one of of nidra being the equivalent of 4 hours of sleep. Essential oils enhance the practice and help deepen the experience and the restorative benefits. Join Laura Johnson, PhD, 200 RYT a licensed Psychologist and yoga teacher for this 90 minute practice. The session will start with a brief overview of yoga nidra, developing a personal affirmation and then pairing that affirmation with a personalized essential oil/blend. Light stretching and movement will precede the yoga nidra practice - appropriate for all levels.
