Is one of your New Year's Resolutions to get off of sugar? Once you learn some tasty alternative treats, it will become easier than you think to let go of sugar once and for all. You will be amazed how fast, easy and delicious sugar free, whole food recipes can be.

In this class, you will learn how to make grain free, sugar free treats using whole food ingredients and natural sweeteners. We will be making muffins, chocolate pudding and more. You will get to taste each recipe so you will know which ones are your favorites. Your kids will love these recipes too.

Jenny Boice is a Certified Nutritionist that specializes in gut healing, food sensitivities and a Paleo lifestyle.
