In this class you'll learn about the detoxifying properties of real food and how to whip up a light and nourishing meal quickly at home regardless of how much experience you have in the kitchen.

This class will teach you how to make a delicious, nutritious and detoxifying meal so you can feel energized, shed unwanted pounds and give your body the nutrients it needs without depriving yourself of food.

This class includes

 -Step-by-step interactive cooking demonstration with suggestions for substitutions and customization

-Information about all ingredients used, recipes, and ample samples of the meal made in class.

-Nutrition, health and cooking tips and techniques from an award-winning Certified Integrative Health and Nutrition Coach
-Marissa's Real Food Reboot eBook, a 5-day detoxifying meal plan that includes recipes and shopping lists for a week of lightened up breakfast, lunches, dinners and snacks, including juices and smoothies.

Note: The meal will be vegetarian and gluten-free, but is fully customizable for a variety of dietary preferences.
