Take Charge of your Health through Movement and Simple and Practical Nutrition and Lifestyle Changes.In the lecture portion of this workshop, you will learn several simple and manageable nutrition and lifestyle strategies that can drastically improve your health, increase your energy, and help you lose body fat long-term, especially the belly fat that many struggle with as they age. You will also learn how your hormones can impact your overall health. You learn why certain strategies fail miserably long-term, and how you can get the "one and off" diet and exercise roller coaster and take charge of your body.

In the movement portion of this workshop, we will use the Yoga Tune Up(r)Coregeous(r) to massage and activate the deepest tissues of your core and begin to awaken the tissue of your pelvic floor. This workshop will also broaden your understanding of the variety of tissues that make up your core. You will leave feeling restored, enlivened, and inspired. No yoga experience is necessary. All levels are welcome.
