This workshop involves the identification of plants and materials used to create DIY (do it yourself) massage oils and body butters. Emphases are placed on a specific preparation method as well as how to choose the proper ingredients and utensils. These basic skills can be duplicated at home or used as a building block for further education.

An overview of plants, materials and utensils used will be discussed followed by on-site preparation. Class handouts as well as visual and actual plant material will be utilized for the lecture.
