Autoimmune (AI) conditions effect the health of up to 23.5 million Americans, according to the NIH (National Institutes of Health). Diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, Hashimoto's, Addison's, and multiple sclerosis are all types of AI disease. 
These illnesses are complex and on the rise. But they can be managed, and often reversed, with nutrition and lifestyle intervention. This is very exciting and hopeful! 


Ayurveda is one of the original holistic medical systems, dating back between 3000-5000 years. It addresses the root cause of disease, healing it from the deepest level with nutrition, lifestyle and herbal medicines. Learn Ayurvedic techniques to calm inflammation, boost your immune system, manage stress, in order to manage or reverse your AI disease. 


Sarah Teeple, BA, NC, RYT200 is an Ayurvedic wellness counselor and yoga teacher, specializing in nutrition for inflammatory conditions and gut health.
