This restorative introduction to the Bowspring explores functional engagement that meets you exactly where you are. Through gentle, supported movement, you’ll learn how to soften without collapsing and engage without strain, creating space, hydration, and ease in the body. This class emphasizes fascial hydration, postural awareness, and practical tools you can weave into daily life to support resilience, balance, and sustainable movement.
