A Taste of Yoga 2026: Restorative Yoga with Sarah Easton Miller

  • Rainbow Blossom Highlands 3046 Bardstown Rd Louisville United States (map)

Unwind and recharge with our restorative yoga class, designed to soothe the body, calm the mind, and replenish your energy. This gentle, all-levels class focuses on deep relaxation through supportive postures, mindful breathing, and guided meditation.

Using props such as bolsters, blankets, and blocks, you’ll settle into restful poses held for extended periods, allowing your body to release tension and restore balance. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, this nurturing practice provides a serene space to relax and rejuvenate. Suitable for everyone—no prior yoga experience required.

Instructor Bio: Sarah has been practicing yoga for over a decade, drawn to how it nurtures both body and mind. She completed her 200-hour YTT certification at Supreme Peace Yoga and Wellness in 2022 and is currently studying up on Yoga Anatomy. With 16 years as an educator—including roles as a kindergarten teacher, children's librarian, and music teacher, —she brings a spirit of playful curiosity to her classes. Through her experience, she has come to appreciate the many ways yoga can inspire people at different stages of life. Her hope is that yoga helps people feel strong and grounded, peaceful and connected, both on and off the mat. She currently teaches storytime yoga, kids afterschool yoga, gentle and restorative yoga, and chair yoga. When Sarah's not teaching yoga, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, finding the best places in town serving decadent chocolate desserts, and learning about the medicinal properties of plants

*THIS IS AN IN-PERSON CLASS IN THE HIGHLANDS MARKET COMMUNITY ROOM.
