A Taste of Yoga 2026: Hatha/Slow Flow with Aubrey Steele

  • Rainbow Blossom Highlands 3046 Bardstown Rd Louisville United States (map)

This class offers a grounding, mindful flow designed to help you slow down and reconnect with your body. We’ll begin with gentle breathwork to settle the nervous system, followed by slow, intentional movement that gradually awakens the body. Poses will be held for 30–60 seconds to encourage full presence, release tension, and deepen awareness. Emphasis is placed on listening to your body, moving with care, and finding a rhythm that feels supportive and nourishing. Great for all levels and anyone seeking an opportunity to slow down and reset. Participants are welcome to bring their own props if they have them.

Instructor Bio: Aubrey Steele is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) and Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach with a varied background in fitness, mindful movement, astrology, and corporate wellness. She teaches yoga and fitness classes at the Olympia Wellness Center and Elevate Fitness, and is growing her own coaching and yoga practice through her brand, 4Connection Wellness.

Aubrey’s approach to yoga is accessible, grounding, and breath-centered, with a focus on cultivating presence, self-compassion, and embodied awareness. She is also deeply passionate about astrology and has completed a 50-hour AstroYoga training. When appropriate, she weaves the current planetary themes and archetypal energies into her classes, exploring their symbolic connection to different areas of the body and offering students a deeper layer of reflection and connection.

She is passionate about supporting people on their journeys of self-discovery, self-care, and reconnecting with their bodies in ways that feel intuitive, nourishing, and empowering.
