In this class you will learn which herbs and/or essential oils to use for first aid situations, earaches, skin rashes, digestive upset, cold and flu, allergies, sunscreen, and more. You will also learn safe, easy and effective ways to deal with poison ivy, insect bits, stings and more. You will learn natural, herbal and essential oil remedies. You will leave feeling equipped for most anything.
