Wellness Ambassador Application

Wellness Ambassadors have opportunities to connect with the Rainbow Blossom community, share their expertise, and introduce their services to customers who are interested in health and wellness.

As a Wellness Ambassador, you may receive:

  • 10% off eligible purchases at Rainbow Blossom when you meet the program's quarterly participation requirements

  • A listing on the Rainbow Blossom website, including a link to your website, social media, or email

  • Opportunities to host in-store events, demonstrations, workshops, or Wellness Wednesdays

  • Personalized referral coupons to share with your clients, students, or community members

  • Quarterly gift certificate opportunities for Ambassadors with the most client referrals

  • Wellness Ambassador Spotlights on Rainbow Blossom social media and in our stores

  • Opportunities to connect and collaborate with other local wellness professionals

How to Earn Your Ambassador Discount

The Wellness Ambassador Program is designed to be a two-way partnership between Rainbow Blossom and local wellness professionals. To receive the 10% Ambassador discount, members must actively participate in the program each quarter by meeting one of the following requirements:

Host an Event
Host at least one wellness-related event, workshop, demonstration, or Wellness Wednesday at a Rainbow Blossom store during the quarter.

OR

Refer Clients
Refer at least five clients or students to Rainbow Blossom during the quarter using Rainbow Blossom referral coupons. Personalized referral coupons are available to Wellness Ambassadors upon request.

Ambassadors who do not meet either participation requirement during a quarter will not be eligible for the 10% discount during that quarter. Eligibility may be restored in a subsequent quarter by meeting one of the participation requirements.

Referral Coupons

We want to make it easy for you to connect your clients and community with Rainbow Blossom.

Wellness Ambassadors may request personalized coupons to share with their clients or students. These coupons provide 20% off an eligible purchase at Rainbow Blossom, subject to applicable exclusions and promotional terms.

Referrals made using these coupons count toward the quarterly requirement for earning the Ambassador discount.

The Ambassador with the most qualifying client referrals each quarter may also be eligible to receive a Rainbow Blossom gift certificate.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from local professionals who are actively working in the wellness field, including:

  • Health and wellness coaches

  • Chiropractors

  • Physicians, naturopaths, and other healthcare professionals

  • Acupuncturists

  • Massage therapists

  • Fitness and movement instructors

  • Nutrition and wellness educators

  • Healthy chefs and culinary professionals

  • Birth doulas and lactation consultants

  • Mental wellness professionals

  • And other professionals whose work supports health and well-being

We’re looking for professionals who want to actively engage with the Rainbow Blossom community, whether through education, events, referrals, or other meaningful opportunities.

Quarterly Participation

Participation will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. Rainbow Blossom will track qualifying events and referrals to determine discount eligibility for the following quarter.

Rainbow Blossom reserves the right to determine whether an event or referral qualifies toward program participation requirements.

Terms and Conditions:

These Terms & Conditions set forth the terms and conditions for membership in the Rainbow Blossom Wellness Ambassador Program (the "Program"). Rainbow Blossom may change the Rainbow Blossom Wellness Ambassador Program or these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Rainbow Blossom will post such changes online at www.RainbowBlossom.com/wellness-ambassador-program. Any changed Terms & Conditions become effective immediately upon being posted, and your continued use of membership constitutes your agreement to the changed Terms & Conditions.

How to Qualify: The Rainbow Blossom Wellness Ambassador program membership is only granted to local professionals such as health coaches, chiropractors, doctors and naturopaths, acupuncturists, massage therapists, fitness instructors, healthy chefs, birth doulas, lactation consultants, and the like. You must reapply on an annual basis to qualify.

The Program is designed for Louisville Metro and Southern Indiana members only. We reserve the right to make all membership determinations at our sole discretion. Each wellness professional must individually apply for membership by submitting their individual qualifications. Incomplete applications will not be accepted. Employees of Rainbow Blossom, Inc. are not eligible for membership.

Membership: Membership is not transferable. A membership coupon code can only be used by the named member. The member must present his/her valid email coupon and valid photo identification in person to receive the trade discount at time of purchase. Misuse of membership may result in membership termination. Misuse includes, without limitation: any resale of merchandise purchased using the discount through any retail outlet (e.g., resale on or through any retail or auction Web site or store), reimbursement of discount upon merchandise return, transfer of membership, allowing others to use the membership discount and submitting false, expired or misleading information in connection with a membership application. You must use your Rainbow Blossom Rainbow Rewards scan card for making purchases in order to receive the 10% discount. You must reapply to the program on an annual basis to qualify.

Discount: A 10% discount is valid at Rainbow Blossom Natural Food Markets only and excludes sale, clearance items, and ‘everyday low price’ items. Any discount through the Program is not valid with any other offer, purchase of gift cards, or promotional items or taxes. The discount is not redeemable for cash. Rainbow Blossom reserves the right to change the list of items not eligible for the discount at its discretion. Any such changes will be posted as changed Terms & Conditions, discussed above.

Termination: Rainbow Blossom reserves the right to terminate a membership or cancel the Rainbow Blossom Wellness Ambassador Program at its sole discretion, with or without notice to the member. Privacy: Rainbow Blossom respects your privacy and will never share your information with a third party.

In addition to the application, please email the following documents to Raegan.Stremel@RainbowBlossom.com. Your application will not be considered without these documents.

  • Certification indicating profession within the wellness industry OR

  • Certificate of completion from an accredited wellness program

AND any one of the following:

  • Business card indicating profession within the wellness industry

  • Letter printed on letterhead, certifying role as a wellness professional

  • Current pay stub from wellness place of employment.

  • Listing as wellness professional on website of wellness place of employment
