Cook with a Chef: In-Person Sourdough Gnocchi & Basil Pesto Cooking Class Gluten-Free Vegan

  • Rainbow Blossom Wellness Center 3608 Springhurst Boulevard Louisville, KY, 40241 United States (map)

Love cooking and tasty food? Come learn how to make fluffy, gluten-free, and vegan sourdough gnocchi paired with fresh, aromatic basil pesto. This hands-on class is perfect for food enthusiasts looking to try something new and healthy.

Each ticket holder will have the opportunity to create their own gnocchi hands-on. Then the basil pesto sauce will be a demo of a style cooking class. The basil pesto sauce is also nut-free and soy-free. Everyone will receive a serving of cooked gnocchi and sauce to eat on-site, or you can take it with you. And finally, what is a Valentine's cooking class without dessert? There will be a demo of a sourdough brownie recipe, and each ticket holder will receive one. Bring your appetite, and let's get cooking together!
