Instructor Bio: Julie is passionate about helping others develop internal awareness so that they may live in a conscious, centered and peaceful way. Students describe her classes as slow yet challenging, intense yet fluid, structured yet creative, deep yet fun! They are methodical, breath centered, and often sprinkled with a dash of philosophy. You can practice with Julie at both Louisville YogaSix locations throughout the week.
