Are you stressed? Need a chance to unwind? Looking for self-growth and learning experiences? As featured in the Courier Journal, The Voice Tribune, and on WAVE 3 TV, LifeRhythms uses drums and the voice for stress management, anxiety reduction, and general well-being.
No musical skills or experience are necessary! Drums are provided. There is a suggested donation of $10, but all are welcome regardless of ability to pay.
