Traditionally,  Herbalists used Fall Tonics  as a way to nourish and tone our bodies to prepare for the winter season. In this hands-on class /workshop we will make a fall cider-tonic together  and explore other  nutritious and mouth-watering ways to  nourish and tone your immune and respiratory  system. It will be easy, fun and delicious.

Suggested donation to cover your materials cost: $15.00.You will be able to take home your own tonic.
