She is a mind-body practitioner offering Reiki, an ancient Japanese art, to promote healing through connecting with the body’s natural energies through her healing hands and offers other holistic modalities to manage stress, decrease pain, promote comfort, and restore balance for clients.

These methods also enable athletes to perform at their peak and allows the body to heal physical injuries faster and more completely. Because these methods work at the energetic level, they can be adapted for a wide variety of issues, both physical and emotional.
