| Pickup Policy | |
|
In most circumstances, we will process your order within 24 hours of receipt. We will package all items available from our shelf and send you an e-mail confirmation that your order is ready for pick up. A copy of your Receipt or a photo ID may be required for pick up. If we do not have an item(s) in stock, we will state which items are not available in our Confirmation to Pick Up e-mail. You may notify us via return e-mail or at the time of pick up if you would like us to Special Order the remaining items. If your order is not picked up within seven days of Notice for Pick Up the items will be returned to the shelf. |

| Shipping/Delivery Options | |||||

We strive for a 24 hour turn-around time on orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 10 AM on Friday or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. Out of stocks - if an ordered item(s) is out of stock we will notify you via email. If you would like us to special order said item, please let us know via return email. Standard orders ship via the United States Post Office (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS) using overland 5-day delivery schedules. Priority shipping is available by special request. Use the "Additional Information" text block to request either of these options. Additional charges may apply. International Shipping may incur additional charges. If you need to track your shipment, please refer to your Order Number on your order Receipt. Please call our store or send us e-mail with your request and we will respond with a status report as soon as possible. Please note that all charges/costs are in United States funds. Swiss Metabolic Teas ship at a flat rate* via USPS: US & Canada - $10.95 United Kingdom - $16.95 *please note that orders containing more than two (2) teas will be shipped at a higher fee All other shipping costs are determined by weight and destination. The costs shown below are the average range of most orders we ship. Excessively heavy/large packages - or those shipping outside the Continental US - may result in a higher shipping charge than indicated below. |

| Sales Tax | |
| State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within Kentucky. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside the of Kentucky. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State of Kentucky, not kept by Rainbow Blossom. | Payment for Pick-up Orders is required at the time of pick up. We accept cash, check, and certain credit cards. Applicable sales tax will be added to your order at the time of pickup. Orders that are not picked up within seven days of Notice will be returned to the shelf | |

Full refunds are provided for unopened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 60 days from the date of purchase. A copy of your receipt is required with the product for a full refund. Refunds are not accepted on items returned more than 60 days from the date of purchase. Refunds may be provided for opened products returned to the store in person or via a return shipment no later than 30 days from the date of purchase. We reserve the right to deny a refund. A copy of your receipt is required for a refund. Returned opened products are subject to a $5.00 restocking fee. |
