Turnaround Time and Order Processing – We strive for a 24-hour turnaround time on orders placed Monday through Friday. Orders placed after 8 AM on Friday, over the weekend or on holidays will be retrieved and processed the following business day. Please note that orders are retrieved once daily (early morning); orders placed after this will be processed the following business day.
Out of Stocks - We will notify you via e-mail if an ordered item(s) is out of stock. If you would like us to special order said item(s), please let us know via return e-mail. IMPORTANT: As e-mail is our primary way of communicating with you regarding your order please to be sure to add rainbowblossom.com to your email program's address book or 'white' list. This will avoid our emails being caught in your spam filter, assuring your order proceeds in a timely manner.
Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service parcel post.
Alternative shipping arrangements, such as USPS Priority, may be possible by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request. Additional charges may apply.
We do not ship outside of the continental United States and Canada.
