Shipping/Delivery Options

Turnaround Time and Order Processing – We strive for a 24-hour turnaround time on orders placed Monday through Friday.  Orders placed after 8 AM on Friday, over the weekend or on holidays will be retrieved and processed the following business day.  Please note that orders are retrieved once daily (early morning); orders placed after this will be processed the following business day.

Out of Stocks - We will notify you via e-mail if an ordered item(s) is out of stock.  If you would like us to special order said item(s), please let us know via return e-mail.  IMPORTANT:  As e-mail is our primary way of communicating with you regarding your order please to be sure to add rainbowblossom.com to your email program's address book or 'white' list.  This will avoid our emails being caught in your spam filter, assuring your order proceeds in a timely manner.


Orders are shipped via United States Postal Service parcel post.

Alternative shipping arrangements, such as USPS Priority, may be possible by special request. Use the Additional Information text block to make your request.  Additional charges may apply.

We do not ship outside of the continental United States and Canada.

If you would like to check your order status, contact our Order Department at orders@rainbowblossom.com or 502.896.0189.  Be sure to include your Order Number - found on your Order Receipt - your name, and the best way for us to contact you.  We will respond with a status report as soon as possible. Please note that calls/e-mails received later in the day, on weekends and on holidays will not be addressed until the following business day.


Please note that all charges/costs are in US funds, and all measurements - weight and fluid - are US (1 US pound equals approximately 0.45 kg.).

Shipping cost is calculated by type (standard vs Priority, for example), weight (including packaging), and destination.

Sales Tax
State sales taxes are applied to all shipments within Kentucky. Sales taxes are not applied to shipments for destinations outside Kentucky. Sales taxes vary according to the category of item ordered and are calculated at the cash register. State tax is charged in accordance with the law and all tax collected is remitted directly to the State of Kentucky and is not kept by Rainbow Blossom. Payment Policy

Your credit card will be charged when your order is packed and ready to ship. This charge will include your product cost(s), sales tax (if applicable), and shipping cost. Orders are processed once a day, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

PLEASE NOTE: We are currently in the process of switching payment gateways. This means your credit card information cannot be entered online during the shopping/checkout process. After you submit your order we will call you to obtain your payment information.

Return Policy

Rainbow Blossom wants you to be unconditionally satisfied with our products.  If you are not happy with any product you may return it within 60 days from the date of purchase (shown on your receipt).

All returns require a Return Authorization number. Please contact our Mail Order department at 502.896.0189 or orders@rainbowblossom.com to discuss your return. Be sure to refer to your order number and state your full name if e-mailing or leaving a voice mail. We will respond as soon as possible.

All returns must be postmarked within 5 days of receiving a RA (Return Authorization).  Please include the RA and your name with the product being returned.  Return shipping costs are the responsibilty of the customer. 

If you opt to exchange the item you are returning for a different product, sales tax (if applicable) and shipping charges will apply.
