Join Coach Nicole Harp at the Rainbow Blossom Wellness Center Kitchen, and learn how to prepare and make two to three healthy quick meals using whole foods. We will make spaghetti squash stir fry, Thai ground turkey with basil and peppers, and energy bites.
You will leave the class with two weeks of meal plans complete with a grocery list.
