Gentle Vinyasa Yoga is fun, dynamic, and all about synchronizing breath and movement. This flow will keep you focused as you learn to mindfully move in and out of the postures, building confidence to help you stay present and centered throughout the day.
Flowing around the obstacles that come your way, this empowering practice builds balance, flexibility, strength, and endurance. All levels are welcome and modifications are offered to ensure that you leave this practice feeling rejuvenated and strong!
