Qi Gong is a Chinese practice using abdominal breath work, postures and focused intention. Qi Gong is used to increase energy, circulation, balance, reduce stress, symptoms of depression and much more. It connects the mind and body to enhance the spirit. This gentle activity can be the beginning of a happier, healthier you. Ivey also teaches Qi Gong every Sunday in our Highlands community room, so once you learn you can keep your practice going.
