The body has curves, and the Bowspring is all about learning how powerful and healthy they are for you. Bowspring classes combine yoga-inspired poses with dynamic movements and an uplifting conversation into a non-vinyasa based class. You will learn it’s alignment and new poses through a playful spectrum of twists, side bends, backbends, forward bends, and going upside down while learning how to maintain the shape of the Bowspring. It’s physically therapeutic yet challenging. You will feel the difference!

Instructor Bio: Taylor started practicing yoga in 2009 and found her way to Connecticut in 2010 to pursue the practice that had fascinated her since the moment she rolled out the mat. She found herself in a beautiful community at Saraswati’s Yoga Joint and completed both her 200 and 500-hour level trainings over the course of 2 years. Despite moving to Louisville three years ago, Taylor continues to travel to CT on a regular basis to study and teach under the tutelage of Mitchel and Tracy Bleier at Yogapata, maintaining her practice as a student above all else. Taylor enjoys infusing her classes with music, poetry and stories, which complement their already spirited playfulness. Each class is distinct, articulate and dynamic. Her warm, personable style makes her class a genuine expression of her love and understanding of yoga and life. In addition to teaching, Taylor also owns her own web and graphic design business (revive creative) with her mom, is an Ambassador for the lululemon Athletica Oxmoor Center, adores her husband and the ocean and can’t live with out bubbly water.
