Gentle yoga for Seniors is the perfect practice for those with injury, illness, are new to yoga or simply want a relaxing practice. Greater mobility and releasing of tight muscles come from focused movement and breathing that improves posture while increasing well being.

Instructor Bio: Emily Karl, RYT was trained in multiple yoga disciplines at Eternal Health Yoga in Louisville. With a background in gymnastics and cheerleading, she has always been passionate about using movement as a form of self-expression and play. Injury led Emily to study numerous other forms of movement and healing arts that all contribute to her style of teaching. Yogic philosophy is still at the heart of her teaching and practice. Recognizing the yoga in everything we do drives her share yoga with
