This all levels vinyasa-styled class will focus on breath and deliberate transitions into and out of postures.
Instructor Bio: Lauren is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Certified Health Coach. She has studied the impacts of nutrition, yoga, intra/interpersonal relationships and lifestyle on the mind & body (and in a range of settings - running the gamut from ashrams to graduate school).
