In this workshop, we will take a look each of the following topics from both the whole foods plant-based and Paleo perspectives: protein requirements, protein sources, a "day in the life" menu, myths and truths about each way of life, surprising similarities between the two diets and what we can all learn from both of them. PLUS samples and recipes of two dishes that work for either diet!!
