Staying Well Naturally Through All Seasons

Staying Well Naturally Through All Seasons

  • Rainbow Blossom Highlands Market

This wellness class will give a solid foundation on how to stay healthy and build a strong immune system capable of deflecting colds, flu, allergies and other illnesses, especially during the vulnerable Fall and Winter Seasons.

We will cover all aspects of staying healthy and well within your physical, mental and energetic systems. There will be handouts listing natural products, recipes and protocols for an invincible immune system. Having a toolbox of information of tried and true natural remedies can keep us away from the side effects of OTC and prescription medications.

Wendy Johns, Transformational Health and Wellness Coach Louisville, Ky. After being diagnosed as perfectly healthy by several doctors in her early 20’s, Wendy still suffered from almost debilitating fatigue. It was then she realized she had to find the answers to her health problems herself. Upon discovering how to maximize health through eating for your blood type, she realized that much of the disease causing inflammation was due to food sensitivities that were not often misdiagnosed or completely overlooked by the standard medical model. This discovery led her down a path of further exploration and research of what it takes to really create a healthy thriving body, mind and spirit!

Free.
