Clean Eating 101 + Knife Skills, too!

Join Rainbow Blossom team member – and former chef! – Carolyn Gilles Hannan for a fun, yummy, and educational hands-on cooking class. No experience required! This class is a basic introduction to stocking your pantry and cooking techniques that will help you on your journey to cleaning up your diet - one step at a time.

You will get hands on experience with a knife and learn new cutting techniques that will get you excited about cooking again! And, you will take home a list of what to keep on hand to have a healthy meal or snack at any time of day. Bring your favorite kitchen knife, an apron, and wear comfortable shoes as you’ll be standing for most of the class. Snacks will be provided and you may bring your own wine or beer.

Carolyn has been passionate about clean eating since her education at the Natural Gourmet Institute in New York City in 2005. She has a plethora of experience in whole foods cooking, food service, marketing, and business operations including owning a small cooking school in Lexington, KY, The Wholesome Chef. She is currently the Director of Business Strategy at Rainbow Blossom.
