A Nutritional look at foods that propel the mind and body to greater heights and better report cards! The discussion will include such the topics as, water soluble foods, probiotics for healthy gut and mind functions, plus, knowing and nurturing a youthful blood type. This one hour presentation will be broken down into a 3 meal a day program of ideas to invigorate the mind and body for maximum learning potential.
