Empowered Parenting is a free support group for mothers and their babies (ages 3-12 months). This group is hosted by Angela Garvin, LCCE, of Birth Louisville, LLC. Angela is a Lamaze Birth & Parenting Educator and has served Louisville families since 2006 as an educator & doula.

Empowered Parenting is a safe space for mothers to share the challenges and joys of parenthood, and to ask questions and seek resources. A variety of community experts will join the group some weeks for educational topics ranging from milestones to readiness for solid foods. Registration is not necessary.
