She infuses her lifelong study of nutrition, supplementation and healthy eating into all of her Yoga healing regimens. For the last 35 years Dr. Bauman has personally sought to optimally supplement her own diet to prevent illness and maintain the highest level of health. Dr. Bauman sees the value in integrating all types of medicine and healing to restore health.

Mary Weurdman, a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Coach developed a deep interest in healthy eating and positive lifestyle practice while studying nutrition at Cornell University, where she holds a bachelor of science. Mary furthered her nutrition background at the Institute for Integrated Nutrition where she trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods.


Becky Bitely Morris, owner of Kentuckiana Personal Trainers,LLC has a passion for helping others live a life they love living.
