Taylor Stokes is a certified yoga instructor with Yogaia YogaSchool who was first introduced to yoga as a child, and picked it back up again as an adult as a way to alleviate stress and anxiety. Since then she has deepened her practice and works to help students take what they learn on the mat into their daily lives.
