Did you know you don’t have “low abs?” In this class we will use the Yoga Tune Up® Coregeous® to massage and activate the deepest tissues of your core and begin to awaken Mula Bandha, the yogic root lock which activates the tissue of your pelvic floor. We will enliven our entire core structure while broadening our view of "ripped abs" to envision the powerhouse of our body covered with a corset and booty shorts! We will investigate the variety of tissue that support the mid-line of the body including but not limited to your transversus abdominis, adductors (inner thighs), pelvic floor, and gluteal muscles. You will leave this class able to integrate these tissue in movement be that yoga asana, athletics, dance, or everyday activities.

Instructor Bio: Ann Taylor Lashbrook began studying yoga in 2002 with Jill Miller, creator of YogaTuneUp®, upon moving to Los Angeles. Since that time Jill continues to be an inspiration for AT throughout her career. AT has been teaching various forms of movement for the last 10 years accumulating 500+ hours of various yoga teacher trainings, a classical Pilates certification, nationally recognized personal training cert, and has studied other various specialized modalities.
