Slow mindful movements give your body time to relax and open up in each pose. We will begin with meditation and end with a relaxing savasana. Kindness is the theme - rest, relax, let go of tension through a rhythmic flow of postures using breath to move with mindfulness. We will break down several versions of sun salutations. You might break a sweat, you will definitely stoke your inner fire!
