Winter Seasonal Therapeutics Community Workshop at Springhurst

With less sunlight and colder, drier air, our bodies become a breeding ground for illness, both physical and emotional. What measures are you taking to ensure optimal wellness this season? If you’re asking this question and coming up short, we have a workshop for you!

Inspired by the teachings of Dr. Tieraona Low Dog and Facilitated by Madeline Krueger, the Winter Seasonal Therapeutics Workshop is designed to get you through this special season by providing lifestyle tips for improving your immunity and mood. Highlights include instructional videos featuring Dr. Low Dog, group discussion facilitated by Maddy, recipes, and even a seasonal shopping list to get you started!
