Sundara Meditation

  • Rainbow Blossom Highlands. 3046 Bardstown Rd. Louisville, KY 40205 (map)

The Introductory talk is a free one-hour lecture and question/answer session designed for anyone interested in learning more about Vedic Meditation — a simple, effortless and highly beneficial practice that absolutely anyone can learn. Topics will include the technique’s origins, an overview of the mechanics of the practice itself, its benefits (including reduction of stress and an increase in energy and peace of mind), and how to learn. This profound rest allows deep-rooted stresses to dissolve naturally, bringing those innumerable health benefits to the individual. The integration of bliss consciousness and deeper levels of rest with one’s dynamic daily activity allows the meditator to become less stressed, more creative, more productive, and more adaptable in the workplace, at home and with all the demands of life.

After the Intro, you will have the opportunity to register for the upcoming course, where you will really be given the time to learn this practice, make it a part of our daily routine and take a look at your body from the inside out.

THE COURSE
April 23rd - 26th
The course in Vedic Meditation consists of four consecutive days, for 90 minutes each day. These sessions are offered at multiple, convenient times (7am, 11am, or 7pm) and students can mix and match these times each of the four days based on their schedules. Students must attend all four days to complete the course as a sequential amount of knowledge is offered each day. At the end of the four days, the student will graduate as a completely self-sufficient and expert meditator with a lifetime of follow-up
at their fingertips free of charge.

THE COURSE FEE
As far as the course fee goes, this is something I discuss at great length during the Intro Talk. The course fee isn't meant to put you in great financial debt, but to practice giving of something precious and significant to you in order to receive something of much greater value. Make the commitment to your own health and well-being. Once you have taken the course, you are paid in full for a lifetime of follow-up, meaning you can sit in on the course as many times as you would like, any of our group meditations and those of all of my colleagues all over the world.
